Indigenous Sign Initiative was a street art project using street parking sign designs to allow for a protest in plain sight. The signs making statements of truth, while also providing some Indigenous representation in public spaces. Confrontational, true while also bit cheeky, the original aluminum signs had a life along the front range of Colorado, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, New York and Albuquerque!
These prints were developed alongside the original signs. Hand pulled by Denver printer, Ink Lounge! Each is signed, numbered and dated. Cost includes shipping.
